As Senior Director of Human Resources, Annette Requilman is responsible for aligning Redhorse’s strategic people initiatives with the Company’s culture, values, and strategies. Recognizing the importance of the employee, Annette’s focus is on building programs and benefits that inspire employee engagement and commitment while supporting Redhorse’s growth initiatives.
Annette started her career providing Human Resource insight into the pharmaceutical and solar industries before switching to federal contracting with Redhorse. Annette has extensive experience designing and implementing corporate strategies around employee experience, retention, benefits, and engagement in addition to managing compliance and risk management.
Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology of Organizations with a minor in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University.
