Paul Leslie joins Redhorse Corporation Board of Directors
Paul Leslie joins Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse) Board of Directors, effective May 25, 2022. Leslie will help support Redhorse by providing advisory services and strategic guidance, pulling from his years of leadership and business growth experience. He will join in providing a sounding board for the executive team as the company pursues aggressive growth.
Leslie brings years of leadership experience to the table – successfully growing companies to create greater market and shareholder value. Leslie has extensive business insight and technical expertise, specifically in the realm of federal contracting and technology. “I have always looked for ways to support our federal clients by improving their quality of service and increasing productivity through the use of technology. It is an honor to join the Redhorse Board and I very much look forward to working with the executive team – helping provide the right solution and service to their federal customers,” Leslie said.
Most recently, Leslie retired as Chairman and CEO of Dovel Technologies, a federal health technology and life science company, where he grew the company from a $10M small business to a company with revenues of over $400M. Leslie executed an aggressive growth plan, including a strategic focus on the healthcare technology sector, a strong organic growth plan, and market expansion. Dovel was acquired by Guidehouse in late 2021.
Prior to his role at Dovel, Leslie was president of Apptis, a private equity owned technology and services company. He was hired to improve organizational performance in preparation for a sales transaction. Before joining Apptis, he co-founded and served as president and CEO of Apogen Technologies, an Arlington Capital private equity-backed federal sector IT services and technology company with a focus on homeland security and defense. Leslie’s expansive career includes corporate executive positions at EDS, Universal Systems, BDM International, TRW, BTG, and McGuire Woods.

Paul Leslie is from Boston, Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts.
