Law Enforcement

Redhorse has a long history of supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) operations for federal law enforcement agencies (LEAs). We provide support in technical areas such as specialized electronic surveillance, advanced cyber capabilities, and video surveillance in support of criminal investigations and intelligence operations. Our multidisciplinary team is composed of engineers, scientists, analysts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and program managers with extensive experience supporting mission-critical LEA operations.

Electronic Surveillance Support

Redhorse provides state-of-the-art electronic surveillance systems by deploying commercial and custom technical surveillance solutions to federal LEAs. For nearly 20 years, we have delivered quality software systems in support of real-time lawful interception (LI) mission requirements, including mobile-based exploitation of data. We provide domain knowledge in LI handover standards, network protocol analysis, development of network forensics tools, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), cyber forensics, and digital communications. We architect and support these mission critical systems in CONUS and OCONUS environments.

Advanced Cyber Capabilities

Redhorse provides technical support to Computer Network Operations (CNO) engineering, research, design, development, testing, and maintenance. Our software engineers and SMEs developed and operated a hybrid cloud environment, offering a variety of application services to provide CNO operatives with live status for real-time decision making. In addition, we support the forensic examination of Cyber devices, Vulnerability Research (VR) and Reverse Engineering (RE) for the discovery of exploits.

Video Surveillance

Redhorse provides engineered solutions and services to facilitate the relocation of video surveillance systems. We deliver a sustainable integrated enterprise architecture for voice, video, and data in support of border video surveillance operations. Our efforts have ensured the preservation of comparable pre-auction operational capabilities.
