Keny Rader

Keny Rader is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, strategic financial planning, and organizational transformation across diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Redhorse, he brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results in complex, mission-critical environments.

Keny served as Chief Financial Officer of Allied Associates International, Inc. prior to the company’s acquisition by Redhorse, where he led all financial operations and strategic initiatives during a period of significant growth and transformation.

Prior to this role, Keny spent several years as Senior Business Operations Manager for Noblis. In this capacity, he oversaw all business operations including Accounting, Contracts, HR, IT, Facilities, and Security. Reporting directly to both the President and CFO, he served as the primary interface with the parent company and was instrumental in the full integration of a subsidiary organization, including the consolidation of multiple departments, processes, and systems.

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at National Security Partners, he revolutionized the company’s pricing strategy and created a comprehensive database reporting system for budget analysis. He implemented a collaborative, bottoms-up budgeting approach and developed training programs that empowered project managers to take ownership of financial performance.

In previous roles with government contracting firms Keny held multiple progressive positions, including Finance Manager for an Intelligence Business Unit, where in support of critical intelligence community programs, he developed automated financial analysis systems and provided strategic budget recommendations to senior leadership across multiple government agencies.

Keny holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern Methodist University. Both of which have provided a strong foundation for his strategic approach to financial leadership.
