Noah Klemm
President
As President, Noah oversees all aspects of the Redhorse’s operations and strategic direction. In this role he draws upon more than seven years of executive-level experience and over a decade of success developing corporate strategic direction and ensuring profitable growth. Noah is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, business growth, and leadership of the Redhorse executive team.
Prior to his role as President, Noah served as Redhorse Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for operational alignment with the external market and customer needs and cultivating a long-term growth strategy for the company. Noah also led post-acquisition integration for Redhorse’s acquisition of Allied Associates International.
Noah joined Redhorse after a 20-year career at Novetta, which was acquired by Accenture Federal Services (AFS). At AFS he served as National Security Portfolio Commercial Director and Chief of Staff, leading the high-profile integration of both companies’ National Security business units. As a Novetta executive, Noah managed the successful acquisition and integration of multiple National Security-focused businesses, taking a major role in diligence and leading back-office integration of HR, benefits, recruiting, security, IT, and project operations.
As Vice President and Business Leader at Novetta, Noah led business units delivering mission-ready technology solutions in the DoD, IC, and federal civilian agencies, including the Department of State, where he began his career in GovCon as a Fellow supporting the U.S. Humanitarian Demining Program.
Noah has a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and International Politics from James Madison University. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and 4 children.
