Objective: The objective of this BoA is to provide industry-leading, AI-related, non-traditional program and technical management support services and work products to DoD programs, cyber community and customers under individual task orders. Redhorse will provide cross-functional teams of engineers, enablers, and managers to help improve the continual and consistent touch points with senior leaders, programs of record, workgroups and data owners in their respective communities. Ordering is open to all DoD agencies and may be awarded from by a local contracting office or ACC-RI.
The SeaPort Next Generation Contract (SeaPort NxG) is a $5 billion Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that can be used by Contracting Officers from the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift command, Strategic Systems Programs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Office of Naval Research, and the United States Marine Corps through January 1, 2029.
SeaPort NxG provides for Engineering and Program Management Services that span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON).

Quality Assurance Plan
Redhorse’s corporate Quality Management Plan (QMP) was developed consistent with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 and Project Management Institute (PMI) guidance, to reflect our core quality management principles.
