Noah Klemm Named CEO

Noah has led at the intersection of national security, data exploitation, and AI/ML for more than two decades. Since joining Redhorse in 2022 as Chief Delivery Officer—and stepping into President in January 2025—he’s helped scale our mission work and strengthen how we deliver measurable outcomes for customers across defense, intelligence, and federal civilian sectors.

Prior to Redhorse, Noah served as a technologist, program manager, P&L leader, and executive at Novetta (later part of Accenture Federal Services), where he built growth-oriented teams and integrated National Security businesses delivering complex technology programs.
