Redhorse Corporation awarded the Innovative Analytics for Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+)

The Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office awarded Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse) the Innovative Analytics for Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+).  Redhorse will utilize Artificial Intelligence along with Machine Learning (AI/ML) to transform Air Force data into component failure/removal forecasts delivered to the Air Force Government Furnished Information (GFI) software platform known as Predictive Analytics & Decision Assistant – PANDA.   The base effort will take 12 months, with options to extend up to an additional 24 months of effort.

Redhorse will process and analyze historical maintenance data across 15 fielded aircraft types within the PANDA platform to deliver predictive statistical failure models capable of accurately forecasting the remaining useful life of aircraft parts.  Additionally, Redhorse will maintain and improve the performance of existing predictive models, while also extending functionality by developing, testing, and fielding new predictive models.

Redhorse’s deep technical expertise with AI/Ml modeling will improve supply chain forecasting leading to improved aircraft availability for critical training, logistics, and operational missions.

“Supporting this Air Force program by ensuring the increased availability of mission-capable aircraft for the Nation’s warfighters is something Redhorse is very proud to work on.” stated Redhorse CEO John Zangardi.
