Environmental Regulations Compliance Services

Redhorse is providing specialized environmental, engineering, and regulatory compliance services in support of the U.S. Department of the Treasury Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund. The CDFI Fund was created to promote economic revitalization and community development. Redhorse is ensuring that the CDFI Fund’s environmental regulations and implementing procedures comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations. This includes developing project review processes, ensuring requirements to fulfill the NEPA/CEQ environmental regulations are implemented, conducting reviews on projects that do not meet the Categorical Exclusion requirements, and supporting the determination if projects are eligible for funding from CDFI programs.
