Michael Rauseo promoted to Director of Capture, National Security Practice

Redhorse Corporation recently promoted Senior Manager Michael Rauseo to Director of Capture for the National Security Practice. Having previously served as the capture lead for Redhorse’s Technical, Analytical, Administrative, and Security (TAAS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and Technical Engineering and Administrative Management Support (TEAMS) BPA, Rauseo is a go-to market leader and has been instrumental to the growth of Redhorse’s National Security Practice. In his new role, he will focus on delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning-enabled solutions to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, US Special Operations Command, other Combatant Commands, and Department of Defense agencies.

Rauseo will capture new opportunities by leveraging Redhorse’s digital solutions offerings in Design Thinking, DEVSECOPS, Data Science, AI/ML, and Cloud. He will leverage his extensive experience as a senior manager, collaborating with project managers to grow existing contracts, pursue adjacent opportunities, and capture critical recompetes.

Rauseo is a lieutenant colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, having served as an active duty Marine Corps officer for seven years and deploying multiple times in support of the War on Terrorism. Rauseo came to Redhorse from Deloitte Consulting where he worked as a strategy and operations senior consultant.

A native of Billerica, MA., Rauseo graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelors in Political Science and later earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from George Mason University.
