Nancy St. Louis joins Redhorse Corporation as Chief Operating Officer

Nancy St. Louis joins Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse) as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective February 7, 2022. In her new role, St. Louis will lead Redhorse’s day-to-day operations and create more structure, policies and procedures to support Redhorse’s growth and commitment to changing the way government interacts with and uses data and technology.

“Nancy is the right person to join the Redhorse leadership team as COO,” says CEO John Zangardi. “She is a phenomenal leader who will be instrumental in driving customer success, innovation, and growth.”

St. Louis has been a leader in government and government industry service for more than 20 years. She most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Triumph Enterprises, continuing her experience as a veteran COO. “I know the pitfalls of making change for change’s sake, and I am accustomed to coming into an organization that is at a turning point and guiding that change into positive growth,” St. Louis told us.

Prior to her role as COO at Triumph Enterprises, St. Louis was COO of SGI Global. She co-owned The Setauket Company for approximately four and a half years, and was also the Director of Finance and Operations for the organization. St. Louis’s executive roles all stemmed from her in-depth understanding and experience on both the executive and legislative sides of government. She spent five years with the US Navy as a financial analyst, and three years with the CIA as a senior budget analyst. On the legislative side, she was the Director of Audits and Evaluations and then Deputy Budget Director for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence for four years.

St. Louis’ next natural avenue was to continue serving and making an impact on the federal space via contracting, and she spent time as Northrop Grumman’s Director of Intelligence Programs, and then the Executive Director of Intelligence at ManTech before co-owning her own company. St. Louis has a deep understanding of the ins and outs of government contracting – from human resources, to contracting, to procurement – and is excited to impact Redhorse’s growth from the inside, out.

Nancy grew up in Hudson Falls, New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Operations Research from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Science in Operations Research from The College of William and Mary.
