Redhorse Awarded 3-Year Contract with the Commander, Naval Air Forces

Redhorse is providing administration, support, and research for the Aviation Climate Assessment Survey System (ACASS) related to operational safety and risk management for Navy and Marine aviation personnel. ACASS provides unit commanders with real-time feedback on safety issues so they may better focus their mishap prevention efforts, and collects survey data that feeds research in the areas of human factors and organizational behavior which could lead to the development of more effective mishap-potential metrics. Redhorse is providing system maintenance, upgrades, and administration of ACASS as well as publishing results regarding the analysis of ACASS data. This includes developing on-line surveys, administering surveys, developing and designing software architecture and computer interfaces, delivering web hosting services, and providing operational safety strategies and interventions to Navy/Marine leadership.
