Redhorse was awarded a 5-year, $1.2 million contract by the Huntsville Corps of Engineers to provide resource efficiency management (REM) services in support of energy and water efficiency and conservation programs at Navy and Air Force installations in Guam.
Under the REM contract, Redhorse energy experts will provide services to increase the effectiveness of installation energy programs to reduce energy and water costs through the implementation of cost-effective programs and practices. The REM services are focused on achieving utility cost savings that exceed the annual REM cost, resulting in the contract paying for itself on a yearly basis.
