Redhorse Awarded 5-year, $4.9 Million Contract to provide Client Help Desk Services

Redhorse was awarded a 5-year, $4.9 Million contract by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Financial System Division (FSD) to provide client help desk services. Redhorse will provide client service assistance for all financial, acquisition, and administrative applications supported by FSD at their offices in Germantown, Maryland.
NOAA’s FSD manages the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Commerce Business System (CBS) throughout NOAA and supports the NOAA Community in its usage of the system. CBS consists of the Core Financial System (CFS) and various functional and administrative systems. Client Services Help Desk staff provide applications support nationwide to the Department of Commerce (DOC) and to users located throughout NOAA and other cross-serviced agencies.
