Redhorse Awarded 5-year, $40 million BPA to Provide Resource Efficiency Management Services to USACE
Redhorse was awarded a 5-year, $40 million blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide resource efficiency management and other utility services in support of the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville. Redhorse will provide comprehensive support to identify opportunities and provide workable solutions that reduce energy and water utility costs, consumption, and demand.
Work under this BPA also includes the promotion, education, and adoption of all manner of energy and water resource conservation and management activity assistance necessary to optimize the use of installation utility resources such as natural gas, coal, electricity, water, and wastewater. These services will increase the effectiveness of Federal energy programs by reducing energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and utilities costs, and ensure compliance with all applicable energy related federal laws and Executive Orders.
