Redhorse Awarded $7M Contract to Provide Support Services to DHS

Redhorse was awarded a 5-year, full and open competitive contract to provide program and administrative support services to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations Directorate (RAIO).
USCIS administers the immigration and naturalization laws of the United States. RAIO must ensure customers receive timely and accurate information, and correctly adjudicated benefit applications and petitions through a commitment to excellence, courtesy, process improvement and customer satisfaction. Redhorse will provide operations, records management, and administrative support services at multiple USCIS locations. These functions are fundamental for the USCIS to efficiently complete its mission through reliable, daily, on-site support of Government staff.
