Redhorse Awarded a 5-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide Guiding Principles Compliance

Redhorse is providing a full range of Guiding Principles and LEED-Existing Building (EB) services to support the sustainability program for the General Services Administration (GSA) at the Denver Federal Center and throughout the six-state Rocky Mountain Region, Region 8. Redhorse is supporting Guiding Principles compliance and building LEED-EB certification process from start to finish, including benchmarking, gap analysis, data collection, data analysis and calculations, Guiding Principles and LEED-EB credit documentation, and quality control reviews. These efforts support the implementation of sustainable practices throughout the region. Redhorse is providing a team of subject matter experts and specialized engineering support to conduct building investigations, recommend operational improvements, and develop projects to help GSA Region 8 achieve its Guiding Principle compliance and LEED-EB certification requirements.
