Redhorse Awarded ISR Operations Studies and Analysis Contract

Redhorse was awarded a 5-year, $22 million single-award contract to perform objective, data-driven evaluations of the effectiveness of Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)). Redhorse will conduct comprehensive studies and quick-turn assessments of ISR Systems in support of senior decision makers within OUSD(I), other OSD and Joint Staff elements, and the Combatant Commands.
The USD(I) is the principal staff assistant and advisor to the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense on intelligence, counterintelligence, security, sensitive activities, and other intelligence-related matters. The USD(I) exercises the Secretary of Defense’s authority, direction, and control over the Defense Agencies and DoD Field Activities that are Defense intelligence, counterintelligence, or security Components and exercises planning, policy, and strategic oversight over all DoD intelligence, counterintelligence, and security policy, plans, and programs.
Redhorse will apply operations research methodologies, a thorough understanding of both DoD business processes and intelligence theory and practice, and cutting-edge data analytics tools and methods to inform high-level decisions regarding DoD ISR requirements, solutions, and investments, as well as the allocation and employment of ISR systems. This program exemplifies our growing position as thought leaders in Defense Intelligence.
