Redhorse Awarded Multi-Year Contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest

Under contract with Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, Redhorse is providing Resource Efficiency Management (REM) services in support of the Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow Energy Program. These REM services are focused on reducing energy consumption and demand, improving operations and building performance, and ensuring compliance with Marine Corps energy goals and requirements. Redhorse is conducting energy audits and developing energy projects to improve energy efficiency, and is reviewing operations and maintenance procedures and recommending improvements to ensure facility operations are optimized to reduce energy costs. Redhorse is also developing and managing the Building Energy Monitor program to develop a network of energy advocates and is reviewing and verifying utilities invoices to ensure installation energy consumption is reported and validated in a proper and timely manner.
