Redhorse Awarded Task Orders to Provide Resource Efficiency Management and LEED Services
Redhorse was awarded two one-year task orders to provide energy and sustainability services to GSA Region 10 to reduce energy and water consumption, increase use of renewable energy, and ensure compliance with federal energy management goals and requirements. GSA Region 10 covers the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska, and includes nearly 10 million square feet of building space. Redhorse is providing Resource Efficiency (REM) services in support of the Region’s Energy Management Program, including strategic planning, energy auditing, project facilitation, and utility accounting. Redhorse is also providing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance (LEED-EBOM) volume certification services to support compliance with GSA’s high performance sustainable building requirements.
