Redhorse Awarded Year-Long Study to Review Policy for the Measures and Signatures Intelligence

Redhorse is conducting a comprehensive study of MASINT policies to determine if current policies sufficiently capture responsibilities to efficiently and effectively execute MASINT’s mission requirements. Redhorse is providing specialized staff to develop and implement evaluation strategies; conduct analysis of MASINT activities and organizations; and assess responsibilities assigned within the DoD MASINT policy framework. This information will be used to provide recommendations on structure and responsibilities for MASINT departments and changes in MASINT policies.
