Redhorse Awarded 3-Year Contract with the State of Nevada

Redhorse Corporation has been awarded a 3 year IDIQ contract with the State of Nevada, Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Air Quality Planning to provide air quality, modeling, geographic information system (GIS), and regulatory expertise. Redhorse is updating NDEP’s Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) increment tracking system to help the state manage air emissions to prevent deterioration of air quality, maintain compliance with national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), and effectively manage and plan for growth. Redhorse is updating emission data sources and data quality as well as the usability and flexibility of the tool to more effectively meet current and future regulatory, compliance, and planning needs. Redhorse is also collecting and processing inventory data, analyzing and modeling meteorological and emissions data, developing Fortran code for post-processing model output for base and current emission sources, and preparing quarterly and annual reports.
