Redhorse Corporation-Led Joint Venture Awarded 3-Year Contract with the Department of Energy

Catalyst Services, LLC (Catalyst), a Redhorse-led joint venture between Redhorse Corporation and SRA International, Inc., was awarded a $35 million single award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) to provide strategic, operational, organizational, and financial planning; equity and asset management; and business process improvement. Under this contract Catalyst will provide services that include assisting EERE in meeting performance measurement expectations of Congress, OMB, DOE’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other external stakeholders; conducting business analysis and supporting strategic planning and management systems; assisting EERE to systematically identify its mission, vision, long-term goals, objectives, and strategies for conducting business in the future; providing budget, cost reporting and price analysis for program activities; evaluating, assessing, and testing performance indicators and their results; implementing the EERE information management systems; performing information management; and conducting legislative affairs activities.
Catalyst will play a critical role in supporting EERE’s mission to strengthen America’s energy security, environmental quality, and economic vitality through public-private partnerships that (1) promote energy efficiency and productivity, (2) bring clean, reliable, and affordable energy technologies to the marketplace, and (3) make a difference in the everyday lives of Americans by enhancing their energy choices and their quality of life.
