Open Ratings, a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) company, recently completed an independent evaluation of Redhorse performance. A confidential survey of 20 of Redhorse’s customers was conducted by Open Ratings to collect quantitative feedback on Redhorse performance across the following areas:

These performance areas were rated by Redhorse customers on a scale of 0 to 100. Redhorse scores ranged from 90 to 95 with an overall performance rating of 93, indicating an overall exceptional customer performance rating. Quality, business relations, responsiveness, and order accuracy were singled out by our customers as specific areas of strength.
