Redhorse to Provide Air Quality Support Services

Redhorse was awarded a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide air quality scientific and technical services to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The BPA is an unrestricted, competitive award under the GSA Environmental Services Schedule. Redhorse will be providing specialized air quality services to support BLM’s activities related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Federal Land Policy & Management Act (FLPMA), and the Clean Air Act (CAA). Services will include technical evaluations and expert witness, air quality monitoring/sampling, dispersion modeling, emission inventory development, and project support. The contract will be administered by the BLM’s National Operations Center, and will provide air quality support to the Washington Office, and all BLM Field, District, and State Offices.
