Redhorse to Technical, Analytic, and Strategic Support

Redhorse is providing specialized technical and geographic expertise in support of the Green Management Program (GMP) within the Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM) to develop acquisition packages for approximately 100 energy projects. Redhorse is preparing the draft acquisition plan strategy which will be used to evaluate various energy project procurement options and source categories and providing recommendations to the VA. Redhorse is also preparing sample requirements and conducting market research, including preparing project descriptions and requirements, investigating and evaluating commercial practices, and identifying firms capable of project execution.
