Robin Gonzalez joins Redhorse Corporation Leadership team as a Senior Technology Strategist

Robin Gonzalez joins Redhorse Corporation Leadership team on June 5 as the firm’s Senior Technology Strategist. Mr. Gonzalez recently retired after a 29-year career at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where he most recently served as the Agency’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO, he led major Information Technology and Information Management transformation and modernization initiatives related to Application Development, Data Center management and consolidation, Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing/modeling and Enterprise Systems Consulting. He also led major initiatives on some of EPA’s key data management programs involving Toxic Release Inventory, Chemical Safety, Hazardous Waste, and Air Quality modeling. He worked extensively with EPA partners such as States, Tribal, International, and Regional teams.
Mr. Gonzalez was a leader in getting EPA to embrace the latest practices in Digital Strategy including User Centered Design, Agile development, Cloud hosting strategy, and adoption of open source tools. He started his career working for the Corps of Engineers in Seattle, Washington as an Industrial Engineer specializing in Information technology.
Robin will be joining Redhorse as a member of the senior management team and will bring his leadership and technical skills to the company’s largest projects and clients.
