Smart Building Consulting and System Integrator Services

Redhorse has expanded its service offerings under the GSA 03FAC – Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule to include smart building integration, consulting and installation services. The following special item numbers (SINs) were added to contract number GS-21F-0043W:

• SIN 003 01 – Smart Buildings Systems Integrator
• SIN 811 06 – Facilities Maintenance and Management Consulting
• SIN 871 211 – Energy Consulting Services
• SIN 871 100 – Ancillary Supplies and/or Services, Relating to Energy Management, Water Conservation and Support Services

These new SINs align with Redhorse’s expertise integrating building systems, providing wired and wireless communication solutions, configuring and installing advanced metering infrastructure and planning and testing Smart Grid networks. The SINs further augment Redhorse’s growing engineering, analysis, network communications and installation services that focus on helping our customers to optimize building and equipment operations, track utility consumption, ensure accurate utility cost allocations and comply with federal energy requirements.
