Aaron Winters

With over 35 years’ experience working in the Intelligence and Federal Law Enforcement communities, Mr. Winters has held a variety of leadership and technical roles overseeing the development and implementation of lawful intercept tools and technologies. He has managed operational, engineering, research and development, and support programs for multiple contracts and agencies.

In his current role as Senior Vice President of Cyber Analytics his primary responsibility is to identify and develop new business and expand the cyber capabilities of the Redhorse team. Preceding this Mr. Winters was President and CEO of Allied Associates International (A2I) which was acquired by Redhorse in late 2023. As CEO of A2I Mr. Winters was responsible for setting strategy, identifying and evaluating risk, and managing succession planning.

Prior to joining A2I Mr. Winters was a Division Manager for SPARTA, Inc. where he led the Communications Analysis Systems Division. His responsibilities included the oversight and management of contracts, programs and projects in support of the Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities.

Mr. Winters also served as a counterintelligence special agent in the U.S. Army for nine years. He was responsible for conducting counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigations where there was a threat to operations, installations, and personnel.
