Jill is a highly accomplished senior executive, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and mentor with extensive experience in the government contracting industry. With approximately 30 years dedicated to driving financial growth and stability in organizations, she possesses a strong background in accounting and management with a focus on customer delivery to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, various Healthcare sectors, and other agencies within the National Security community. Jill is recognized for her dynamic leadership style and ability to implement financial stability in growing and value-focused government contractors.
As a results-driven leader, Jill excels in recommending and managing comprehensive changes within organizations to maximize efficiency and quality. She partners closely with senior management to maximize profitability, increase cash flow, and raise company value. With exceptional skills in developing and implementing processes and controls, Jill has a proven track record of improving business operations and establishing automated financial and business systems.
In her prior roles as CFO, Jill was responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, human resources, security, contracts management, pricing, facilities, and information technology. She drove accountability in business development and capture activity, evaluated acquisition opportunities, and managed stakeholder relationships. She also played an integral role in acquisition strategy and successfully integrated acquired organizations. Additionally, Jill’s career includes significant contributions as Controller at multiple medium and large contracting firms, where she led system transitions and integrations for finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, pricing, and contracts.
With her wealth of experience, mature judgment, and tact, Jill has consistently delivered exceptional results. She is known for her ability to mentor and develop team members, supporting their growth and contributing to the success of the organization.
Jill holds a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Strayer University and is a lifetime member of the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA).
