VP of Federal Enterprise Services
Responsible for overall growth and execution of the Federal Enterprise Services practice area at Redhorse, John leads a highly talented and diverse team focused on Enterprise Analytics and IT Services, Integrated Mission Services, and Engineering & Environmental Services, providing clarity at the intersection of thought leadership & advisory consulting and data science & artificial intelligence to provide technologically advanced solutions for Federal clients.
John brings a robust technical background that blends expertise in the Built Environment and Data Management Systems, with a particular focus on science and engineering services related to utility infrastructure resilience and operational efficiency, end-to-end GHG emissions quantification and reporting, and advanced metering systems. He is well respected in the industry with strong customer and partner relationships, with a focus on expanding Redhorse offerings for existing customers in DoD, DHS, DoE, GSA, and EPA, and developing new channels for growth with organizations such as DoT and DoI.
John has held leadership positions serving high-visibility US government organizations and managing diverse project teams that solved complex problems related to enhancing energy security in alignment with Federal and DoD mandates and goals, organizing complex utility datasets, and leveraging geospatial technologies to improve enterprise asset management. As a Marine Corps Reserve Officer, John brings a mission-focused approach to understanding the operational needs of our Federal customers and is poised to address those needs through a combination of technology solutions and best-in-class consulting services.
John holds a BA in History from Princeton University and a dual MS-MBA from the Jackson School of Geosciences and McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
