John Wheeler

John Wheeler leads Redhorse’s quality and process improvement initiatives that enhance the strategic capability and mission directives of the organization.  In addition, John oversees the company’s IT Department and works with Executive Management to ensure Redhorse’s infrastructure is strategically aligned for the company’s continued growth. In addition, John has served in senior leadership positions within corporate environments as Director of Enterprise and business architecture programs.

John is an efficiently conscious business executive, with more than 20 years of experience in business process engineering, information technology, cyber security, and quality management.  Mr. Wheeler has worked within the Federal Sector his entire professional career with various Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Wheeler’s career also includes experience within the Intelligence community serving in both technical and quality analyst roles.

With a Master of Arts Degree in History from the University of Virginia, Mr. Wheeler has deep knowledge of how the past can shape the future. This skill set has led Mr. Wheeler to advise on development and systems advancements within the U.S. Department of State, Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Treasury.
