As the Director of Information Technology at Redhorse, Josef leverages his extensive technical expertise and organizational experience of over 25 years to enhance corporate operations. Since joining Redhorse as Manager of the IT team, he has been instrumental in optimizing IT infrastructure and systems performance, assessing operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.

With a comprehensive background in budgeting, project management, cybersecurity, auditing, and compliance, Josef excels in overseeing the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. He ensures adherence to rigorous quality and security standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST, and leads IT security audits and investigations to maintain organizational compliance. Josef’s role encompasses the oversight of the Service Desk, Systems Administration, and IT Security teams, where he drives the focus on performance optimization and collaborates closely with the leadership team to execute company-wide initiatives and achieve project and compliance goals. Josef is deeply committed to mentoring IT professionals and helping them advance in their careers. Josef grew up between Philadelphia, PA, and South Carolina. After honorably serving in the US Army, Josef began his technology career in Atlanta, GA, where he attended Georgia State University. His diverse background and leadership experience make him a pivotal figure in advancing Redhorse’s IT strategies and operations.
