Kimberly McCliggott is the Director of Contracts at Redhorse Corporation, leading the team responsible for performing full life-cycle contract management of existing Redhorse programs as well as new business opportunities. She is responsible for developing and maintaining contractual policies and procedures that adhere to changing government requirements.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in federal contracting, acquisition support, and contract lifecycle management Kimberly is known for problem-solving, satisfying internal and external customer needs, and adapting to changing business environments. With a strong background supporting defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies, Kimberly excels in navigating complex regulatory environments and building compliant, efficient contract operations. Prior to joining Redhorse, she held senior roles at leading government contractors, where she led teams in proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration. Kimberly is known for her strategic approach, collaborative leadership style, and deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and other federal procurement regulations.
