Hannah Thompson promoted to Director of Environmental Operations

Hannah Thompson, PMP, has been promoted to the Director of Environmental Operations. Utilizing her 18 years of management and client care experience, Ms. Thompson will collaborate with the Environmental Program Managers to establish deep relationships with customers to better understand customer needs and to provide outstanding service to them. She will be responsible for the successful oversight of all environmental projects from award through closeout and for the financial performance of the Environmental Practice. She will leverage financial data to make operational decisions and recommendations, work closely with capture leads to identify and shape opportunities that are aligned with Redhorse’s business plan and mission, and will communicate corporate capabilities to customers and clients to organically grow the program. Ms. Thompson will help support career development and employee training and growth.

Ms. Thompson has been part of the Redhorse team for over six years. During her tenure at Redhorse, she has been the Program Manager for several contracts: the U.S. EPA Region 9 and California Underground Storage Tank (UST) Cleanup and Prevention Program; the Environmental Compliance Support Services Program for USACE Fort Worth and USACE Tulsa; the Navy Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Environmental Remediation and Engineering Program; and the Indo-Pacific Environmental Securities Forum (IPESF) for USINDOPACOM. She was essential in the Navy BRAC Recompete win in August 2021.

Ms. Thompson always manages her programs with three main focus areas in mind: 1. Client Care; 2. Personnel Recognition, Development, and Growth (RDG); and 3. Program Improvement and Optimization. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters of Science in Finance from Golden Gate University.
