Colleen Lavery promoted to Director of Environmental Capture, Energy and Environmental Practice
Redhorse Corporation recently promoted Senior Environmental Planner Colleen Lavery to Director of Environmental Capture for the Energy and Environmental Practice.
Having previously been responsible for program management of large complex environmental federal contracts, Ms. Lavery played a major part in Redhorse’s business development winning strategies.
In her new role she will focus on capturing new opportunities by leveraging Redhorse’s expertise in energy and environment and developing technical strategies that include cutting-edge technology to better solve complex data issues in the federal space.
She will leverage her extensive experience as a Senior Environmental Planner, collaborating with project managers to grow existing contracts, pursue adjacent opportunities, and capture critical recompetes.
Ms. Lavery came to Redhorse 8 years ago with diverse environmental regulatory and NEPA experience dealing with various agencies including the USACE, DoD, EPA, NOAA Fisheries, FTA, FHWA, FAA, USFWS, BLM, BIA, NDEP, NDOW, SHPO, UDOT, and Alaska Railroad. Originating from Long Island New York, Ms. Lavery has professional experience in Alaska, Utah and Nevada, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry and Natural Resources Management, from Cal Polytechnic State University.
